Band Camp Day Two

The color guard shares their list of goals, which includes their
usual "save the drama for your mama." 

 In a team building activity, each section came up with a list of main goals for the marching season and presented them to the rest of the band. Mr. Kaldy stressed that these goals must be reasonable and measurable. Most sections set memorization deadlines for the first song and agreed to "work on tuning," "be on time," and "respect everyone in the band." The flute section also came up with goals to "hold a flute master class every month" and "donate at least 200 cans for the Jack Emery Drive."
The band also started learning marching fundamentals today. Fun stuff!
