Cupertino Recap

On October 13, 2012, the Milpitas High School Marching Band traveled to Cupertino, California to compete in the band's first competition of the year.

Recap
  • The band placed second overall in 3A competition with a score of 88.85 
  • Percussion placed second with a score of 81.4
  • Color Guard placed in second with a score of 77
  • The woodwinds placed third and brass placed second overall
The band performed very well for their first competition and many said it was their best show yet. This was the first competition of the year and it was a very good showing for the band.

The band travels to Dublin next week to compete, so wish them good luck!
